RUMI said, “Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.”
If you need a little encouragement or inspiration here are a few key points to help you find beauty and love in yourself, what you do, your surroundings and everyday living.
Decide what a “beautiful life” means to you.
Lay the foundation and start creating the beautiful life you know you deserve.
Be authentic and honest with yourself in every decision you make.
Focus on moving toward your desired end result.
Be grateful for what challenges you and makes you stronger.
Be open to change and new life experiences.
Be present and thankful for today.
The power of belief and discipline contributes greatly to the success of being what you are. Be patient with yourself and trust the process. Your free will shapes the reality you create. It’s your destiny!

Thinking about having a MARI® experience to remember your wholeness and the beauty of living a healthy, fulfilling, authentic, creative life.
Being brave is about taking action and it takes courage to be brave.
I decided to survey my circle of friends for their thoughts on being brave. These were the common actions and thoughts about what it takes to be brave with your life.
Make decisions and be a leader.
Be OK being different.
Show you’re vulnerable.
Do what you do and do it well.
Know what you stand for.
Share your experience.
Leadership is a skill that you can learn. And if you already have leadership qualities there is always room for improvement to maximize your potential.
Working toward being the best version of you each and every day takes bravery and courage. By the end of the year, you can look back and see from your actions how far you’ve come. Realistic goals and challenges are important. Most importantly, remember to be playful and have fun too.

Inner work and reflection is an ongoing process. To move through different stages in life, some more pleasant than others leaves room for more growth and personal development. Leadership from within and being your very best IS the heart of making positive change. Only then can we inspire others around us to take that same leap of faith.
To develop a purpose-filled identity will take time. More important, it’s essential to shine from the inside out while feeding your spirit with authentic heart connections.
Hit the pause button slow down a little and take the time to reflect. On a recent trip to the east coast, that’s exactly what I did. What I know for sure is the time away was worth it.
Is it time for you to be the heart of change?

Make peace with who you are and where you are at this moment in time. Listen to your heart.
If you can't hear what it's saying in this noisy world, make time for yourself. Enjoy your own company. Let your mind wander among the stars.
Try. Take chances. Make mistakes. Life can be messy and confusing, but it's also full of surprises. The next rock in your path may be a stepping stone.
Be happy. When you don't have what you want, want what you have. Make do. That's a well-kept secret of contentment.
There aren't any shortcuts to tomorrow. You have to make your own day. To know where you're going is only part of it. You need to know where you've been too. And if you get lost, don't worry. The people who love you will find you. Count on it.
Life isn't days and years. It's what you do with time and with all the goodness and grace that's inside of you. Make a beautiful life... The kind of life you deserve.
