Francesca Durham is a Life Coach Using Colour and Sound To Change Lives.

Francesca offers her clients a variety of services through her Colour Life Coaching program and in the very near future, she will bring Harp Therapy to those interested in the benefits of Therapeutic Harp music.

The Colour Life Coaching program is where clients learn about individual colours, more specifically, colour vibrations and how they resonate with your life.  You will learn how to enhance and improve the way you live as you discover the “Wheels of Life” through the colours of the rainbow. After all, they are your keys to living a healthy, balanced and fulfilling life.

Francesca is also a ‘prep’ student studying the Creative Harp Therapy Program, founded by Christina Tourin, director and founder of both the International Harp Therapy Program and the World Harp Orchestra. Francesca hopes to share her love of playing harp music with interested individuals and people in transition in the very near future.

Sound therapy works on the principal that everything in the universe, like wavelengths of colour, is energy in vibration.  Based on the science of sound, therapeutic music can be played for almost anyone from birth to end of life because its creates an environment conducive to healing.
